It is saturday morning in sunny san diego. 70 degress outside in the middle of december. oh man, when i was deciding to go here, i remember thinking "summer year round?? uhhh yeah." well not so much anymore! haha this is when i'm supposed to be in san francisco or new york, bundled up in a thick, knit scarf and a precious Burberry coat, drinking a pumpkin spice latte on my way to class. well, a woman can regret.. no. a woman can dream. one day i'll move to new york, because that is where i belong. 

but for now, there are five days left until i get to fly home on a 10:30 am united flight. a month. it SEEMS like a long time but i keep getting the feeling that it won't be long at all and then... another semester. well, i'm excited for next semester because im FINALLY taking classes related to my major. For instance, visual presentation (interior design) or the house and its environment... !! :D AND world history and geography! eeeeep. only boring class is stats. but still!

well anyway, key is to live for each day, as cliche as it may sound. this next month is going to be perfect and wonderful and i've been day dreaming about it for about the past two weeks. i'm gonna hang christmas lights up in my room and put up my old mosquito net looking thing over my bed just to add a sense of nostalgia. and i can't wait to go to the library! waaaahhh. as lame as it sounds, last time i went to the library here, i couldnt find the fiction section...... but maybe i just looked in the wrong building. whatever, 1984, anne of aquitane...... reading allll daaaay, wrapped up in blankets, near the fireplace. ugggghhhhhhh :DDD these next five days cant go by any slower really.. 

it's ok, all i have to left is my comm final today, a 4.5 page rws paper, and an art history final on wednesday. the problem is those three long days before thursday cus all of my classes are pretty much done so i wont have anything to do... haha

ANOTHER problem... is that i can't even begin to comprehend how i am going to fit all of my stuff for a MONTH into my tiny little red suitcase that i'm not even turning in for luggage..... :| didn't think this one through... haha and imagine all the stuff im gonna have, coming BACK from break. shhiiilltttt. i'll manage. 

anyways, i think the point of this post was to say that, when i get home i plan on purchasing a disposable camera and documenting every day with at least one picture and then making some kind of scrapbook out of it or something. besides, that will leave me with no choice but to do something interesting every day :) of course i'll write about everything here too! 

last night (the night before a final.....) some idiot set off the fire alarm in our building because he was smoking and we were all evacuated outside into the cold at 2 in the morning... ! D: really?? haha but it was still humorous so whatevs!

ok, im done with my rant. gonna go study my brains out for my final.
